Libre by Nexus Case Managers work with our clients across the country. Case Managers are responsible for assisting new clients and working with existing clients. Case Managers assist in ensuring clients are in compliance with the program and serve as Libre by Nexus field ambassadors. Case Managers are located in Libre by Nexus offices across the United States. We care currently hiring across the country.
Libre by Nexus customer service specialists are called CEMs, or Customer Experience Managers. CEMs play a unique and vital role in our organization, particularly assisting new clients who are detained in immigration detention centers. CEMs are responsible for collecting and verifying information, which is ultimately submitted to approve clients for the program. CEMs work out of our call center in VA.
Nexus Services Security Investigators and Compliance Managers are located in field offices across the United States. Security Investigators and Compliance Managers are responsible for protecting the company from loss while also protecting our clients. Security Investigators and Compliance Managers help address issues and crisis faced by clients.
Nexus Caridades provides pro bono legal assistance to Libre by Nexus clients, individuals detained without bond by ICE who qualify, and from time to time minor children in proceedings. Nexus Caridades Attorneys are responsible for preparing bond motions and making the case for bond for detainees across the country, and for handling merits cases for other individuals approved for legal assistance.
